This is my current favourite video from Karuna Satori ASMR.

Its from January 2024 and it’s a classic cranial nerve exam but with some nice touches such as the pin light testing with some mouth sounds. Cool!

What I really like, and you may do so also, is that she has a wide variety of styles and triggers.

So there is always something for you to get a trigger from.

Personally I like her hand movements when using the fishbowl effect style. Always seems to work for me!
