Zach Choi ASMR has been producing ASMR content since 2018 and is obviously super popular.

What I really like is is his cooking. And his massive over reliance on cheese!

I get some good ideas for food combos. I’m not really into Mukbang for ASMR but I do like some of his recipes!

His more recent videos aren’t exactly healthy though!

For those who watch for the ASMR then you get a double whammy.

First is the food prep, with lots of chopping,sizzling, frying, brushing, cutting and slicing.

Then there is the eating. Lots of chewy mouth sounds! And crunching, slurping and stickiness!

As one of his subscribers said ‘I can smell your food and your kitchen through the screen…. ‘ – exactly this!

This is my current favourite ASMR video from Zach Choi ASMR which is from 24 February 2024.

It’s purely because I found it amusing that he used SPAM to make his version of a Scotch Egg.

I was a bit dubious but to be fair it looked ok when cooked off!

He creates and cooks a load of interesting dishes as well as his faux scotch egg.

And you get all the usual chewing, mouth sounds, scraping etc

As one of his subscribers comments ‘I need to know how many avocados, american cheese, spam, and tomatoes zach goes through’!

A lot I suspect!
