Rachel of The Lightworkers Way has been producing ASMR content since 2020 and while she does do energy healings her main focus is on Reiki.
So if Reiki with lots of soft spoken conversation and hand movements with gemstones is your thing you are in luck.
I really like all the little nuances of Reiki that I never knew about.
Things like the power of silver, moon bathing, healing past selves, overactive sacral channels and how to decalcify your pineal gland.
All very interesting and completely new to me, apart from the moon bathing!
