This is quite a different style of background noise in that there is quite a lot going on.
Often the sounds on this type of video are repetitive. But I like how this one is put together. There are some nice changes of trigger types.
So triggers like mic brushing, hand movements, mouth sounds and candle lighting.
Although as someone in the comments says ‘Thank you Gabi.put this on at 4am and went back to sleep’. So not sure how that helps studying!
