Nanou ASMR is an ASMR Artist from Belgium who creates Personal Attention, No Talking and Hair play styles of ASMR to help you ‘unwind and recharge’.

She has over 1.3m subscribers and nearly 300 million channel views from her more than 450+videos which are here.

Her ASMR triggers include medical check ups, lice check, make up, inaudible whispering, roleplay, massage, crinkles, haircuts, tapping, mic brushing and mouth sounds.

Why you will like Nanou ASMR

What I think you will like about Nanou ASMR is the wide variety of ASMR styles she is able to cover convincingly.

I like how she can go from mouth sounds and medical exam to an ADHD friendly video and back to make up.

So the chance are that you will find something to trigger your tingles.

Speaking of which she did a really neat video which contains lots of triggers.

So if like me you have a short attention span watch it as you can just flip quickly onto the next trigger if one isn’t working for you.
