My favourite video from Explore More
This for me is such a great video as it introduced me to this ancient Indian Ayurvedic massage technique involving hot oil.
Basically dough is placed on his back to form a well. Hot oil is poured into this well. It is left to rest and heat up his back.
The oil is then removed and a massage given followed by a hot herbal compress. Nice
Its really soothing and relaxing and well worth a watch
I would love to have a go at this style of treatment!
