Relaxation – One thing which a lot of people comment on is just how relaxing the treatments are to watch. I have to agree.

Live in the moment – Alex seems to find some really good massage experts. As such you feel like you are getting a massage, well almost!

This enables me to really disconnect from day to day worries and just chill out and enjoy living in the present. Something I need to do more of!

What we really like about Alex FaBB

I really like that many of Alex’s videos are quite short. You can get a quick hit of ASMR goodness in 15 minutes!

I really like hearing him talk in Italian. Thank goodness for subtitles but they are not always needed. ASMR is an international language!

As with ShiliASMR it is really interesting to experience other cultures and in particular their Spa and massage therapies. Some of which are quite unusual. At least to some of those in the Western world.

The eye massages, ear cleaning, moxibustion, fire cupping and cryotherapy are all great examples of something different that really works for ASMR!

I like the way he involves his girlfriend Cleo Abrahams in some of his content. Whether it is her also having the treatments, just being there and taking part or even giving him a massage!

Quirks and features of Alex FaBB

A bit of an obvious ‘quirk’ is that of course Alex is Italian so he speak in Italian! He has English subtitles and often also Chinese as well.

Alex has a second ASMR channel called Oriental Walks here which is basically walking and biking around China and the far east. Interesting!

My favourite video from Alex FaBB

I really like the more unusual style of content that Alex features. And anything involving fire has to be fun!

So this is my favourite video where Alex is brave enough to have a full body moxibustion experience.

I really like some of the equipment they use and I think you would have to be a bit brave to give this treatment a go!

Essentially Alex is set on fire, well sort of. But before that he has a really intense and very ASMR friendly back, leg and stomach massage.

Then he has the biggest ‘cup’ ever placed on his stomach and it is set on fire to provide the suction.

He then has a small bed contraption placed over his legs to help heat the medicine pads he has on his legs. You have to watch it to really understand!

Anyway, for me it was a mix of great ASMR, unusual therapy and fire – what’s not to like?

What to watch on Alex FaBB

Here are the main things I like to watch on Alex’s channel:

Unusual Spa Therapy – like a lot of people I am always looking for the next ASMR trigger and Alex often has unusual treatments. These can provide new ways to get tingles – hello eye massages!

Collabs – I really enjoy it when he has his girlfriend Chloe along with him. Two is more fun than one!

Chinese Barbers – for some reason they are always super focussed and seem to do really good jobs. Great for personal attention and barber type triggers!

What we would like to see from Alex next?

As much as I do like the shorter form content Alex produces sometimes you just want to relax into a video.

So maybe if he could occasionally make some of his massage videos or alternative therapy videos last for 30 minutes?
